HTT | Thermoplastic regenerative mag-drive turbine pumps.

Regenerative mag drive turbine pumps series HTT are made of thermoplastic materials (polypropylene-PP and PVDF) and are suitable to pump high corrosive liquids

Main features:

Plastic injection moulded;
Materials in contact with the liquid: pump head and impeller: PP/PVDF; O-ring: EPDM/Viton; Shaft: pure ceramic; Bushing: PTFEC
Temperature: PP: max 70°C - PVDF: max 90°C
Max viscosity: 200 cSt
Pressure rating: NP 6

Upon request the pump can be supplied with:

ANSI 150 flanges
Baseplate
Dry-running protection

Typical applications:
• High corrosive liquids
• Toxic, noxious and carcinogenic liquids
• Handles up to 20% entrained gas, resists cavitation

Available materials of construction:
• Polypropylene -PP
• PVDF

New Pumps HTT PP/PVDF

GemmeCotti is glad to introduce the new version of turbine pumps series HTT PP/PVDF. These new pumps are entirely injected plastic moulded with a higher efficiency and a greater mechanical resistance.
The connections are MALE threaded and they have bigger diameters: This guarantees a better NPSH and higher performances.
The magnetic coupling is the same as that of pumps series HTM (mag-drive centrifugal pumps). In this way there is a reduction of stock parts quantities for TBO (time before overhauling) and there can be interchangeability of the spare parts.
La maximum head of HTT PP/PVDF pumps is 8 m3/h with a head up to 36mlc.
